Program Abstract

This module presents the National Unified Goal (NUG) as the road map for implementing multi-agency and multi-jurisdictional cooperation, collaboration and communication to ensure consistent, coordinated traffic incident management. The module considers the perspectives and roles of all major stakeholders in implementing the strategies in the National Unified Goal (NUG).The benefits of this coordinated approach are clearly demonstrated and concrete ways of achieving implementation are presented.
